Mar7ianWeb and TikTok
Mar7ianWeb uses a private tool to publish the operator’s own videos to his own TikTok account, even when his computer is off. This page explains what it does and how the TikTok connection works.
What it does
The tool takes a finished video (for example a Pokémon video) and sends it to the operator’s TikTok profile through TikTok’s Content Posting API (Direct Post). It then checks the publish status until it is complete.
Permissions requested
- user.info.basic (Login Kit): used only to sign in with TikTok and give consent. The tool does not read or store profile data.
- video.publish (Content Posting API): used to publish the chosen video to the account that gave consent.
Data and privacy
The tool is used only by the operator, only on his own account. It does not access data of other TikTok users and does not store or share it. After consent it keeps only an access token for the operator’s account. The token can be revoked at any time in TikTok’s settings, under app permissions. More details in the privacy policy.
Connect the account (operator only)
The button opens TikTok’s consent screen. After approval you return to a Mar7ianWeb page that shows a one-time authorization code. The code is not sent to any server.
